In an era marked by the digital transformation of various industries, healthcare stands as a crucial domain where technological advancements hold immense promise. The advent of blockchain technology has sparked innovative solutions to address longstanding challenges within the healthcare sector, particularly concerning the management and security of electronic medical records (EMRs). With this in mind, our graduation project delves into the development and implementation of a groundbreaking solution: TrustHealth: Trustworthy blockchain-based healthcare management system in cloud computing. The system aims to develop a reliable and secure management EMR system offering a comprehensive platform that integrates the benefits of blockchain technology with the critical needs of healthcare data management. Through leveraging the inherent properties of blockchain, including decentralization, immutability, and cryptographic security, TrustHealth aims to address key issues such as data integrity, accessibility, and privacy in electronic medical records. At its core, TrustHealth provides a comprehensive framework for storing, retrieving, and verifying electronic medical records securely. By harnessing the decentralized nature of blockchain technology, TrustHealth ensures that medical records are tamper-proof and transparent, thereby instilling trust in the integrity of the data. Furthermore, TrustHealth incorporates advanced search capabilities, enabling efficient retrieval of medical records while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
