This project focuses on developing an intelligent traffic management system capable of detecting sudden traffic jams using computer vision and deep learning techniques. the system is integrated with Cat’s Eye on the Road as an alarm method , These Cat’s Eyes are embedded in the road and are programmed to blink or change color to alert drivers when sudden congestion is detected ahead, improving road safety and response time.
